Configure the Campus Transfer Fee

Set a destination-campus transfer fee, effective date, status, and cancellation refund rules.

Complete the task

  1. Choose the destination campus

    Each campus can have its own transfer fee policy and currency.

  2. Enable the policy

    Turn on Enable Campus Transfer Fee when the fee should apply to new eligible requests.

  3. Set amount and effective date

    Enter the amount in the campus currency and choose a current or future effective date.

  4. Choose refund outcomes

    Set whether the fee is refundable for student cancellation, Source HOD rejection, Destination HOD rejection, and institution rejection or cancellation.

  5. Verify the sensitive change

    Request the six-digit code, enter it before expiry, and complete the update.

Configured is not the same as enabled

An amount can remain stored while the policy switch is disabled. Only an enabled and effective policy applies to new transfer requests.

Existing requests

An existing transfer keeps the fee amount and refund rules captured when that request was created. Later policy changes affect new requests only.
