Create Subjects and Assign Faculty

Create subjects and connect subject components and responsible faculty to academic classes.

Complete the task

  1. Create the subject

    Select New Subject, enter its name, code, credit or contact information, and status.

  2. Open Manage Classes

    Go to Dashboard > Academic > Manage Classes and open the class row actions.

  3. Assign subjects

    Use Assign Subjects to connect the curriculum to the class.

  4. Assign faculty

    Use Subjects & Faculty to choose the faculty responsible for each subject component.

  5. Review downstream use

    Class schedules, examinations, attendance, marking, and student profiles use these assignments.
