Create Academic Mappings

Connect equivalent campus academic hierarchies so transfers can preserve programme, period, and level.

Complete the task

  1. Complete the Map side

    Select Campus > Department > Programme > Academic Period > Academic Level.

  2. Complete the With side

    Choose a different campus and its equivalent Department > Programme > Academic Period > Academic Level.

  3. Match the academic sequence

    After choosing the Map academic level, the destination level list is restricted to the same sequence.

  4. Set status and save

    An active mapping permits eligibility checks in both directions.

Mapping does not create records

It links existing academic structures. Departments, programmes, academic periods, and classes must already exist at both campuses.
