Create and Manage Programmes

Create a programme under the correct campus and department, then maintain its academic and fee settings.

Complete the task

  1. Select campus and department

    Choose the campus first, then select the department that owns the programme.

  2. Enter programme details

    Provide the programme name, code, duration, promotion threshold, status, and other required settings.

  3. Save the programme

    The same programme name cannot be duplicated within the selected department and campus.

  4. Continue with the academic structure

    Create its academic classes and assign subjects and faculty. Finance can separately configure term-based fee structures from the programme row.

Use the hierarchy

Campus > Department > Programme keeps similarly named programmes distinguishable across campuses.
