System Settings Overview

Use the centralized settings page to configure institution-wide and campus-specific policies.

System Settings brings institution configuration into one page with a vertical navigation menu. Some tabs open full management pages; others launch focused setup modals.

Complete the task

  1. Open System Settings

    Select System Settings from the left navigation, or use Profile Menu > More Settings.

  2. Choose a settings area

    Select Branding, Timezone, Financial Holds, Transfer Fee, DMC Assessment, Examination Governance, Grading, Storage, or Connected Apps.

  3. Confirm the scope

    Read whether the setting applies to the entire institution or can be configured separately for each campus.

  4. Save and verify

    Complete the required confirmation or reauthentication step, then verify the success message and displayed current status.
