Complete the task

Find the programme
Locate the programme under the correct campus and department.

Open Manage Fee Structure
Use the three-dot menu and select Manage Fee Structure.

Select the academic term
Choose the campus term shown with its DD-MM-YYYY date range.

Select the Fee Type
Choose the programme-specific fee definition, such as Semester Fee.

Enter and save the amount
Enter the amount in campus currency and select Save Entry.
No silent tuition fallback
When a programme-specific fee is not configured for the selected term, the portal identifies the missing structure instead of treating an unrelated campus-wide amount as tuition.
Fee Type versus Fee Structure
Fee Types define what a charge is and how it behaves. Programme Fee Structure defines how much that programme charge costs for a specific academic term.
