Review Exam Results, Grades, GPA, and CGPA

Understand how marks connect to the active grading version and appear in student academic views.

Complete the task

  1. Open the student profile

    Locate the student and select View Profile, then open the Exams tab.

  2. Review subject results

    Each subject displays available marks, result, grade, grade point, and GPA-related information.

  3. Confirm the grading version

    Results use the active institutional grading policy effective for the relevant period.

  4. Review GPA and CGPA

    GPA summarizes the configured period using included grade points and credit weighting. CGPA applies the institution’s cumulative rules across included periods.

Fixed and proportional models differ

Fixed assigns the same grade point to a complete grade band. Proportional can produce values such as 2.79 or 3.10 within the configured band.
