Configure DMC Assessment Presentation

Choose whether detailed marks display individual assessments or consolidated Internal and External totals.

Complete the task

  1. Open DMC Assessment

    Select Manage DMC Assessment from the settings tab.

  2. Choose the presentation model

    Select the institution’s preferred detailed or consolidated assessment presentation.

  3. Review the classification

    Under the consolidated model, non-HOD examinations are treated as Internal and centrally governed or HOD-level examinations are treated as External according to the implemented rules.

  4. Save and review output

    Save the setting and verify a student’s examination details or generated DMC before formal use.

Presentation does not delete marks

The setting controls how assessment results are summarized on the DMC; underlying examination records remain available to authorized users.
