These Terms of service govern access to and use of OneClickRooms by organizations and their authorized users. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

OneClickRooms may offer a trial period for evaluation. During the active trial, access is provided for testing and internal business use. If you purchase a plan, billing is applied based on your selected package and subscription cycle. Unless otherwise stated in writing, taxes, bank fees, transfer charges, and payment processor fees are the responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, controlling user permissions, and ensuring that activity under your account complies with applicable laws and internal policies. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use the service in a way that infringes on the rights of others.

You retain responsibility for all customer-provided content, including logos, trademarks, meeting details, and uploaded files. By submitting such materials, you confirm that you have the lawful right to use and share them in the platform. OneClickRooms may modify or improve features, workflows, and infrastructure to maintain service quality, reliability, and security.
