We’ll send a brief reminder every day during the final 10 days of your trial, leading up to
30-Oct-2026.
These reminders help ensure you have time to review usage, complete procurement,
or upgrade without service interruption.
Billing & continuity
- You may purchase a plan at any time; your account continues seamlessly after payment.
- If no purchase is made by 30-Oct-2026, access to the portal will be restricted.
- Your data is retained for 30 days after the trial ends. If you renew within this window, all data remains intact.
- If no purchase is made within 30 days after expiry, data is permanently deleted in line with our data handling policy.
- Taxes & charges: All amounts are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax). Client (you) is responsible for all taxes, duties, and any bank, transfer, foreign exchange, or payment processor charges imposed by your jurisdiction or provider.
- Logos & trademarks: Any logos, trademarks, or branding uploaded by the subscribing institution are provided by the institution and remain its responsibility. The institution represents that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such materials and authorizes OneClickRooms to display them within the service. OneClickRooms does not verify ownership and is not responsible for any infringement or related claims arising from customer-provided branding.
